Will your customers follow you after you're gone? The rise of social media and advances in technology has given customers more ways to learn about and connect with your company/brand than ever before. As marketers we're trained to think in terms of 30, 60, 90 day campaign initiatives, but in the digital space we have to ask ourselves "what happens all of those websites, games and social programs after the initial push?" The internet is littered with a virtual ghost town of old campaigns. And while nostalgia is nice, a problem arises when customers stumble upon these communications and reject what they see.

He is the founder of Groupe Modele, a strategic consultancy specializing in digital marketing, technology implementation and new media training. Brian partners with Fortune 1000 companies, entrepreneurs and technology startups to provide strategic counsel, recognize value opportunities and roadmap success.
Prior to founding Groupe Modele, Brian led the Digital Practice Group at Symmetri Marketing and held marketing and product innovation roles at companies like ShopLocal and Liquidus.
